However, you can choose your own time(s) for any challenge that you accept. These settings provide the initial challenge times. iPhone/iPad: Settings > Compass/Challenges.You can modify these times to match your lifestyle: Some challenges occur at specific times (Breakfast, Mid-Morning, Bedtime, etc.) There’s also a "Default" time for challenges that don’t occur at a specific time of day. Some challenges can also be modified. For example, a challenge might be to do "10 push-ups", but if you’d like to push yourself, you can change it to "20 push-ups". To change the default challenge time, click Customize Challenge at the bottom of the challenge description. When you find a challenge you’d like to try, scroll to the bottom of the challenge description and click Accept Challenge.
